Job Title: Line Cook Commissary (Food Manufacturing)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our commissary team in a food manufacturing company that specializes in catering and calorie-counted diet meals. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to recipes, dietary standards, and production schedules while ensuring food safety, consistency, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes, portion sizes, and dietary requirements.
- Support high-volume production for catering events and daily meal deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards (GMP, HACCP).
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating raw materials and supplies.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to meet daily production goals.
Location: Commissary-based (San Juan City)
Employment Type: Full-time
- At least 1-2 year/s of experience as a Line Cook in commissary, catering, or food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of dietary meal preparation and portion control is an advantage.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
