Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Contact potential customers through phone calls and emails
Determine customer needs and offer product or service solutions and support
Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies
Close sales and lead customer through the purchasing process
Meet all quotas for inside and outside sales
Maintain a record of calls through our computerized system
Create and maintain a database of prospective clients

Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Nutrition & Dietician, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineer
With at least 2 years experience in sales
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
Commitment of excellent customer service
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Superb interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
Experience using computers for variety of tasks
Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel and outlook
