Checks equipment and completes maintenance checklist.

Result-oriented and a Team Player

Checks busted lights, wirings and other things that need repair and advises Manager on Duty. Makes recommendations on repair and maintenance of equipment.

Assists Manager on Duty in supervising maintenance work done by contractors.

Assists in monitoring cleanliness of the parking lot, back area and restrooms.

Cleans glass windows and front area as needed.

Provides carpentry tasks for furniture and materials needed by the Company.

Helps out in the construction, repair and maintenance of restaurants and head office.
