  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Post job ads, schedule interviews, and prepare applicant
  • files.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports to management or external accounting team
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and filing business permits, licenses, and certifications.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders to suppliers
  • Record and monitor daily expenses
  • Perform other support tasks as may be assigned by Management.


Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent written communication skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Ability to effectively manage scheduling and calendar tasks
