- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Post job ads, schedule interviews, and prepare applicant
- files.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports to management or external accounting team
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Maintain organized files and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and filing business permits, licenses, and certifications.
- Prepare and process purchase orders to suppliers
- Record and monitor daily expenses
- Perform other support tasks as may be assigned by Management.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Skills and Competencies: Strong time management and organizational skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent written communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to effectively manage scheduling and calendar tasks
