What Youll Do

• Lead Technical Competency Training & Assessment programs across mechanical, electrical, and allied trades
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses to identify skill gaps and design targeted curricula
• Create engaging learning materialsworkshops, e-learning modules, practical exercisesand corresponding assessments
• Coach and mentor employees, track progress, and deliver feedback to reinforce best practices
• Partner with SMEs and line managers to ensure training aligns with safety, EHS, and operational standards
