HR Specialist/Assistant, La Union

To conduct final screening and recommendation of possible qualified applicant.

To monitor performance evaluation of all employees for:

1. Probationary                        
2. Regularization
3. Promotion and Salary Increase

To conduct exit interview and facilitate clearance process of resigned/end of contract/terminated employees.

To coordinates and communicate to respective Department regarding new/amended/revised appointment memo/Job description of employees.

To monitor and recommend staffing .

To assist immediate superior in facilitating company activities, HR campaigns and programs.

To review and update employees training modules to address relevance and efficiency, and update of evaluation forms to address standard competency.

To monitor, maintain and update government mandated benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig).

Process, monitor employees loans and submit to Payroll and Accounting for proper and accurate deduction and payment.

Ensure supporting documents are accurate and complete.

Process other employee benefits (SSS Sickness, SSS Maternity etc.)

Handles updating of all employee details.

Disseminate to employees all updates regarding government mandated benefits (if any).

To assist legal officer, audit on documents needed for legal cases if necessary and to implement

Company Rules and Regulations to all employees as the company communicator to employees as policy, benefits, procedures and HRD services and company services;

To comply with HR file management. To maintain proper logbook on all IN and OUT communications, files, clearances and 201 files (intact with all memo, certificate, notice, appointment, contracts)
