Room Attendant, Paranaque

A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to high hospitality standards. Core duties include sanitizing bathrooms, changing linens, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities (minibar, towels, toiletries). they report maintenance issues, adhere to safety procedures, and provide friendly service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

> Cleaning and Sanitizing: Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks) and dusting/polishing furniture in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.

> Restocking Supplies: Reporting maintenance needs (e.g., broken lights, broken AC) and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

> Guest Service: Responding to requests for extra items, maintaining guest privacy, and greeting guests professionally.

> Workflow Management: Updating room status (e.g., in cleaning system), organizing, cleaning carts, and managing time to clean assigned rooms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

> At least high school graduate;

> with experience of at least 1 year

> trustworthy and resilient

> can work with overtime and willing to work at flexible time

> can perform the assigned task with less supervision.
