Qualifications:

• College Graduate or College Undergraduate
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Knowledgeable in basic Excel functions such as copy/paste, data entry, and simple formulas
• Fast and accurate in typing and encoding
• Keen to details and organized
• Willing to work on shifting schedule / night shift
• With good communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work under minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities:

• Encode and update data accurately in the system
• Prepare and organize reports using Excel and Word
• Maintain and verify records and documents
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of encoded data
• Coordinate with team members regarding data and reports

Work Schedule:

• Willing to work Night Shift / Shifting Schedule if needed.
