Qualifications:
- College Graduate or College Level
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with basic Excel formulas and functions such as:
- Copy and Paste
- VLOOKUP
- Basic data encoding and formatting
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Encode and update data accurately in Excel files and company systems
- Use basic Excel formulas for monitoring and reporting purposes
- Organize, copy, paste, and maintain records and documents
- Prepare reports and assist in administrative tasks
- Coordinate with different departments regarding data and document requests
- Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or management
