Quantity Surveyor Mechanical, Las Pinas

JAYAR INC. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical) to join our team.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

At least 5 years experience in mechanical quantity surveying, estimation, and cost control

Knowledgeable in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, piping systems, and construction processes

Proficient in MS Excel and estimation software

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for mechanical works

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, piping, and mechanical equipment

Monitor project costs, variations, and budgets

Evaluate subcontractor quotations, billing, and supplier proposals

Coordinate with project engineers, procurement teams, and site personnel

Prepare billing documents, variation orders, and project cost reports

Maintain proper documentation related to project costing and contracts
