Description
  • Assist the Sales Manager on local business development by getting new accounts or increasing MS with existing accounts.
  • Seek new customers whose profile match the strategy defined by Sales Manager.
  • Develop market share with existing customers to an agreed annual target.
  • Generate leads, set appointments, and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels, including face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, emails, etc.
  • Manage and maintain pipelines, respond to requests for information in a timely manner, and remain proactive and responsive to prospective customers.
  • Handle RFQ and tenders.
  • Participate in MBR and QBR.
  • Protect the company benefit by strictly complying with all policies and regulations.
  • Effectively interact with other departments including the account management, operation & logistics teams, and finance department.
  • Study the market inclusive, but not limited to competitors, carriers, and manufacturers to stay updated on market trends, fluctuations, and changes.
  • Timely submission of sales reports to direct manager or higher levels when required.
