Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience working as a Graphic Artist in a similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
High level of creativity and adaptability.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
Experience with animation and video editing is a plus.
Ability to take constructive criticism and incorporate feedback.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Experience with both print and digital design projects.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and develop design ideas for various projects.
Create visually engaging graphics for websites, social media, and print materials.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and needs.
Use software such as Adobe Creative Suite to produce and refine designs.
Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's branding guidelines.
Prepare and present design proposals for client approval.
Work with other creative team members to produce final graphics.
Incorporate feedback from clients and team members into design revisions.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design techniques.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Coordinate with printers and other vendors for production.
Review and proof final designs for errors before printing.
Develop infographics to simplify complex data and concepts.
Maintain an organized archive of design assets and project files.
