Key Job Responsibilities

* Handle reported concerns by identifying issues and providing clear, professional resolutions

* Demonstrate strong attention to detail when reviewing system display and potential front-end issues.

* Escalate complex or high-risk issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

* Coordinate with relevant departments to address issues and ensure timely implementation of resolutions.

* Validate payment status and apply appropriate handling steps based on findings.

Requirements

* Basic knowledge of payment processes and backend systems

* Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

* Maintains a positive attitude and is receptive to feedback and guidance.

* Able to multitask and adapt to sudden changes in workload

* Computer literate (typing speed: 38 WPM and above)

* Able to communicate professionally with team members and other departments

* College graduate (TOR required upon interview; no specific course required)

* Background in payment risk control and/or the online gaming industry is a mandatory requirement.

* Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
