Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor and inspect office, warehouse, and company vehicle conditions
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of facilities and vehicles
Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair schedules
Check building electrical wiring, lighting, and basic safety systems
Ensure workplace safety compliance and report hazards or issues
Monitor warehouse facilities and equipment to ensure proper operation
Oversee company car maintenance, registration, and repair requirements
Coordinate with external contractors, technicians, and service providers
Maintain maintenance records and inspection reports
Ensure all facilities and vehicles comply with safety standards and company policies

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience Level:1-3 years of experience in facilities management or maintenance
Skills and Competencies:Basic knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualities and Traits:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
