HR Specialist/Assistant, Las Pinas

We are looking for a people-oriented HR Generalist to manage our daily HR operations. In this role, you will be the point of contact for employees, handling everything from recruiting and onboarding to payroll and workplace culture. Your goal is to ensure our HR department runs smoothly and that our employees are supported, engaged, and productive.

• Recruitment: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with hiring decisions.
• Onboarding: Lead the orientation process for new hires to ensure a warm welcome and a smooth transition into the company.
• Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
• Payroll & Benefits: Assist with monthly payroll processing and the administration of employee health and wellness benefits.
• Compliance: Maintain organized employee records and ensure the company follows local and federal labor laws.
• Culture: Help organize team-building events and initiatives to keep morale high.
