Job Summary:

The Promodiser is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring strong product visibility, and building positive customer relationships to maximize the market presence and revenue of the companys vape brand. The role also involves maintaining excellent merchandising standards, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Implement sales and merchandising strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

2.Execute promotional activities and apply effective sales techniques to increase product sales and customer engagement.

3.Consistently achieve sales targets and performance objectives set by management.

4.Maximize available marketing support, including promotions, giveaways, and product knowledge materials, to drive sales performance.

5.Participate in regular product training sessions to stay updated on product features, industry trends, compliance standards, and customer engagement techniques.

6.Prepare and submit accurate and timely inventory, sales, and daily activity reports.

7.Receive incoming stocks and supplies, ensuring accurate documentation and proper inventory recording.

8.Build rapport with customers by professionally presenting and explaining product features, benefits, and proper usage guidelines.

9.Provide excellent customer service to strengthen customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

10.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the selling area to enhance customer experience and brand presentation.

11.Safeguard company stocks and ensure proper handling and storage to prevent loss, damage, or discrepancies.

12.Conduct regular inventory and stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy and accountability.

13.Implement preventive measures to minimize stock losses, damages, and product variances.

14.Ensure all merchandising displays and promotional materials comply with company standards and applicable industry regulations.

15.Coordinate with the Logistics team regarding product deliveries, replenishments, pull-outs, and stock transfers as necessary.

16.Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior or Executive Management from time to time.
