Job Summary

EV Transport OPC is looking for a Field Operations Officer who will oversee daily ground operations for both 4-wheel and 2-wheel fleet drivers. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth fleet movement, providing real-time driver support, resolving operational concerns, and maintaining service quality and compliance standards. The Field Operations Officer will work closely with drivers, passengers, and the operations team to ensure efficient and safe transport operations.


Key ResponsibilitiesFleet & Driver Operations
  • Monitor active fleet operations through GPS and internal monitoring systems.
  • Track driver attendance, activity, and deployment within assigned areas.
  • Provide immediate field assistance for driver concerns, operational issues, and app-related concerns.
  • Conduct routine spot checks to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transport regulations.
  • Support onboarding and guidance for newly deployed drivers.


Operational Coordination
  • Assist in vehicle and driver scheduling to maintain efficient daily operations.
  • Help improve fleet utilization and minimize downtime or idle hours.
  • Coordinate with Shift Supervisors and Operations teams regarding driver availability, ride demand, and field concerns.
  • Act as the on-ground contact person for urgent operational matters during assigned shifts.


Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure drivers consistently follow operational procedures and service standards.
  • Escalate incidents, passenger complaints, accidents, and disciplinary concerns to the proper teams.
  • Support implementation of company initiatives, operational activities, and field campaigns.


Reports & Documentation
  • Prepare and maintain daily operational reports, field logs, and incident documentation.
  • Collect feedback and operational observations to help improve processes and driver performance.
  • Monitor and report recurring field issues for operational improvement.


Other Duties
  • Perform additional operational or administrative tasks assigned by management to support business operations.


Qualifications
  • At least 23 years of experience in transport operations, fleet coordination, logistics, or similar field roles.
  • Background in handling drivers or fleet-related operations is preferred.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable in TNVS, taxi, or transport operations and safety protocols.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple concerns simultaneously.
  • Willing to work onsite, 6 days a week, on a shifting schedule (AM/PM/Night).
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or related courses is an advantage.
