Location: Marcelo Green Village, Paranaque | Type: Project-Based Contract (3 months) | Soft Launch: September 2026

Contract Fee: 54,210 67,116 for the 3-month term. Negotiable within range based on verified experience.

Estimated hours to deliver: ~280 hrs committed scope. Contract capacity: ~400+ hrs over 3 months.

Meeting Ground is a hybrid co-working cafe launching at Marcelo Green Village, Paranaque 40 seats, private pods, full food service, equipment rentals, and subscription tiers. The 3-month engagement covers the full pre-open build: staffing, space completion, systems, menu, and subscription pre-selling. Admin support provided for subscription management so the PL can focus on operations. Soft open target: September 2026.

Deliverables: hire all staff, Wix portal live, subscription pre-sell active, food service ready, BLVM Kitchen supply chain confirmed, soft open executed. Full operational authority within scope. Weekly written report to COO.

Cafe, coworking, or hospitality concept launch experience preferred. 4-year degree or equivalent verified project/industry experience accepted.

Key Responsibilities

Space Completion & Setup

• Oversee final fit-out and readiness of the physical space seating zones, private pods, equipment stations, and service areas
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and BLVM management to resolve outstanding build items on schedule
• Ensure the space meets operational and aesthetic standards before soft open

Staffing

• Recruit, interview, and hire all front-of-house, kitchen, and co-working support staff
• Define roles, shifts, and coverage requirements for soft launch operations
• Conduct pre-open staff orientation and service training aligned with Meeting Ground's brand standards

Food Service Readiness

• Finalize the caf menu in coordination with BLVM Foods, balancing food service quality with operational capacity
• Confirm and activate the BLVM Kitchen supply chain sourcing agreements, delivery schedules, and par levels
• Set up kitchen and service workflows, including food handling, order flow, and quality standards

Systems & Digital Infrastructure

• Ensure the Wix portal goes live on schedule covering the co-working booking interface, subscription tiers, and relevant customer-facing content
• Coordinate with admin support on subscription management setup so pre-selling can run smoothly
• Implement POS, reservation, and daily reporting tools as needed for operations

Subscription Pre-Selling

• Drive active pre-selling of subscription tiers ahead of soft open to build a founding member base
• Work with admin support to track sign-ups, handle inquiries, and prepare onboarding materials
• Identify and pursue outreach to target segments remote workers, freelancers, small teams, local businesses

SOPs & Service Standards

• Develop and implement SOPs for food service, co-working floor management, equipment rental, and customer service
• Train all staff on SOPs before soft open date
• Establish daily open/close procedures, incident handling, and escalation protocols

Soft Open Execution

• Plan and execute the soft open event guest flow, service simulation, and feedback capture
• Manage day-of operations and staff performance
• Document learnings and flag operational gaps for post-soft-open iteration

Reporting

• Submit weekly written reports to the COO covering milestones, blockers, staffing status, and pre-sell numbers
• Maintain a running deliverables tracker to ensure nothing falls through ahead of the September 2026 target
