Responsibilities:

1. Can do Solar PV System Design Proposal for the client.

2. Design electrical panel, distribution panel, and substation control panels.

3. Conduct technical training presentations, product reviews, and sourcing.

4. Prepare and make technical changes on electrical line diagrams.

5. Plan and prepare for termination and connection of electrical wiring both on DC and AC.

6. Connections of solar panels to inverters, circuit breakers, protective device, Medium and high voltage transformers.

7. Wiring and termination work on other electrical accessories.

8. Troubleshooting and maintaining solar power systems: This includes diagnosing and fixing electrical problems with solar modules, inverters, batteries, and other components.

9. Optimizing solar power systems: Maximizing efficiency by analyzing data on energy production and using this to identify areas for improvement in the design or operation of a solar power system.

10. Developing new solar technologies: This could involve researching and testing new materials, developing new electronic components, or designing new systems that can better integrate with existing power grids.

Scope of work:

1. Designing and testing electrical systems for solar power generation: This involves designing the circuitry and RSD used in solar modules, as well as the wiring and electrical components used to connect solar modules to a power grid, load, main panel, or battery.

2. Connection of solar panels, crimping and fabrication of connectors.

3. Design and installation of walkway.

4. Installation of inverters, protective device, and accessories.

1. Connecting and laying of wires and cables from inverters to the circuit breakers inside the solar combiner box.

2. Installation of accessories such as monitoring system, weather station, and energy management system.

3. Installation of cable tray, electrical conduit, and panel boards.

4. Installation of the AC combiner box and AC distribution box.

5. Layout and connection of AC cables from AC distribution box to the power transformer on large installations.

6. Do Commissioning of inverter and system settings.

7. Create, configure and do training on troubleshooting, maintenance, and energy management system after the installation.

Qualifications:

Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer.

Must have a solid knowledge and background in solar design.
