IT Supervisor, Las Pinas

• Supervises and provides guidance to a team of IT professionals, including training, assigning tasks and conducting performance evaluations.
• Oversees the organization's IT infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, servers and hardware/software installations. Ensures the systems are secure, reliable and properly maintained
• Initiate proposals that will help the company speed up operations such as hardwares in Ports, Vessels and Head Office
• Provides reports to the IT Manager with IT infrastructure, project status and timelines
• Proposes IT policy and procedures to the IT Manager
• Develops and implements plans and procedures to ensure the organizations IT systems can recover quickly in case of disruptions or disasters. Conducts regular back ups, tests and drills to verify the effectiveness of the plans
• Organizes and conducts IT training programs for staff members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and promote the use of IT tools and resources.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field
• At least three or more years of experience in the same position
• Knowledgeable in Network and system administration, project and data management, CCTV Management, Hardware and Software installations, Technical Proficiency.
