PRODUCT SPECIALIST, Paranaque

A Sales Promoter for appliances is responsible for promoting and selling household appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, televisions, electric fans, rice cookers, and other home products in malls, appliance centers, or department stores. The role focuses on assisting customers, explaining product features, achieving sales targets, and maintaining good product display and inventory coordination.

• Promote and demonstrate appliance products to customers
• Explain product features, benefits, specifications, and warranties
• Assist customers in choosing products based on their needs and budget
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of product displays
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supervisors or stock clerks
• Prepare sales reports and inventory updates
• Handle customer inquiries and basic after-sales concerns
• Participate in product trainings and promotional events
• Build good customer relationships and provide quality customer service
