Job Description:

The OJT will be assigned to support the Compensation and Benefits function, with responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Assisting in the timekeeping and attendance monitoring of OPC drivers
• Generating and distributing payslips via Telegram for OPC drivers
• Supporting the team in addressing driver concerns related to compensation and benefits
• Assisting in the drivers clearance process
• Assisting in the preparation and processing of EastWest forms for Xpress new hires
