Service Crew/Sales Associate - PITX, Paranaque

Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Handle cash and process payments using POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and kitchen areas.
• Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
