Description
We are looking for a Sales Associate (Reliever) to support our Festival Mall branches in Las Pias and nearby cities. This role is ideal for someone customer-focused, flexible, and ready to assist in daily store operations, especially during peak days or staff absences.
- Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, frames, and lenses
- Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
- Handle basic sales transactions and POS operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Support inventory monitoring and stock replenishment
- Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth operations
- Step in as reliever for both Festival 1 & Festival 2 branches and nearby cities
- At least High School Graduate / Senior High / College Level
- With or without experience (retail/sales experience is a plus)
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented
- Willing to be assigned as reliever
