Professional Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or any related course
• Working knowledge of cost accounting principles, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial tracking
• Experience in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms) for data management, reporting, and operational processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and operational data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Apply cost accounting principles to monitor budgets, analyze expenses, and support financial decision-making
• Utilize ERP systems to manage data, generate reports, and ensure accuracy of financial and operational records
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams to track costs, pricing, and profitability of products or services
• Prepare reports and analysis related to marketing performance, cost efficiency, and business operations
• Support product pricing strategies by analyzing cost structures and market trends
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects
• Perform other duties as assigned to support marketing and operational objectives
