Ideal Candidate will focus on comprehensive HR functions such as Recruitment, Selection and Retention, Compensation and Benefits, and administrative duties as needed.


Responsibilities
  • Compete process of recruitment and selection: Job posting, screening candidates, and managing the interview process.
  • Onboarding: Conducting new employee orientations and completion of 201 File
  • Compensation and Benefits: Attendance and leave monitoring and analysis, Benefits administration and control
  • Employee Retention Program and Events organization


Candidate must be:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or other related field
  • With at least 1 to 2 work experience, Fresh Graduate can be considered
  • Familiar with Philippine Labor Code and Standards, is an advantage
  • With Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Analytical, Trustworthy in handling confidential record
