Purchasing & Order Management
Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Budget & Cost Control
Monitor procurement budgets and track spending.
Seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
Assess risks related to suppliers and contracts.
Vendor Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration.
Resolve disputes and manage performance issues.
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to align procurement with inventory needs.
Avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost analysis.
Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Additional Duties

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience Level: 13 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
