Product Officer, Paranaque

The Product Officer oversees product development, positioning, and lifecycle management to ensure products remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with market and business objectives. The role drives product strategy, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination from development to commercialization.

Accountability and Responsibility:

1. LMA

Establish and improve product-related processes including updates, reporting, and training systems.

2. Product Knowledge & Training / Product Lifecycle Management & Product Launch Execution

Lead development of product concepts, reformulations, and line extensions aligned with market opportunities.

Develop sales tools and product materials supporting marketing and commercial

Coordinate cross-functional execution with QAQC, Purchasing, Marketing, and Sales.

Support Marketing Section launches, campaigns, and commercialization initiatives.

3. Product Portfolio Management

Analyze pricing structures, margins, and profitability and recommend necessary adjustments.

Conduct competitive benchmarking to ensure product market relevance.

Monitor product performance and recommend strategic improvements.

4. Product Data Analysis & Reporting

Support Product Team initiatives and innovation projects.
