Sales Promoter, Paranaque

We are seeking motivated and outgoing Canvassers to join our recruitment and membership outreach team. The role involves engaging with communities, promoting membership programs, and driving recruitment activities at the barangay and PESO level. Canvassers will be responsible for meeting monthly membership targets, building strong relationships with local stakeholders, and representing the organization with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field canvassing and outreach to promote membership programs.
• Engage with individuals, barangays, and PESO offices to generate leads and secure sign-ups.
• Present program benefits clearly and persuasively to potential members.
• Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities and membership data.
• Collaborate with recruitment specialists and partnership coordinators to align outreach strategies.
• Uphold organizational values and ensure positive representation in the community.

• High Schools Graduates
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, canvassing, field recruitment, or community outreach.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas atleast 3 a day membership.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and engaging diverse communities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.

• Basic Salary: 695 a day
• Transportation Allowance: 2,600 a monthly
• Incentives:
• 50 per Premium membership (beyond target)
• 100 per Executive/Business membership (beyond target)
