TikTok Livestream Host, Las Pinas

We're hiring a TikTok Live Host who can sell on camera with energy, clarity, and conviction. You'll be the face and voice of multiple client brands, running 4 to 6 hour live sessions, demoing products, hitting GMV targets, and building real rapport with viewers in real time.

• Host scheduled TikTok Live sessions (46 hours per shift) for assigned client brands
• Hit and exceed GMV, viewer retention, and conversion targets per session
• Master product knowledge for each brand assigned: features, benefits, pricing, promos, objection handling
• Run live demos, unboxings, before-and-afters, and product comparisons that drive add-to-cart behavior
• Engage with viewers in real time: respond to comments, answer questions, call out new joiners, push CTAs
• Coordinate with the Live Commerce Manager, co-host, and backstage team (camera, lighting, product handler) to keep the broadcast tight
• Follow live selling scripts and flow structures provided by the Creative team while making them feel natural and unscripted
• Track your own performance metrics per session and join post-broadcast debriefs to improve next time
• Stay on-trend: study top live hosts on TikTok PH, test new hooks, formats, and flows

• You're naturally good on camera. You don't freeze, ramble, or run out of things to say.
• You can sell in a real, conversational, this-actually-helps-you way.
• You have stamina. A 4-hour live with no dead air doesn't scare you.
• You're coachable. You take feedback fast and apply it the next session.
• You're consistent. You show up on time, prepped, and ready to go live.
• You speak Tagalog and English fluently. Bonus if you can switch comfortably between them mid-stream.
