Product Manager, Paranaque

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare training materials and training course outline (TCO) for training sessions and lectures
• Organize and manage client and employee training programs and sessions
• Lead and support the introduction of new PMLS products
• Demonstrate equipment, procedures, and techniques to internal and external stakeholders
• Provide technical assistance and product leadership and support to marketing, sales, service, and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Resolve customer issues and escalations
• Continuously expand product knowledge through actual use and testing of products
• Conduct in-depth product and market research and analyze industry trends
• Provide regular feedback to management on matters pertaining to industry and product development
• Identify product competitors and provide analysis and recommendations

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or any related healthcare course
• Licensed healthcare professionals (e.g., Nurse) is an advantage
• At least five (5) years of related work experience in the medical devices/products/equipment industry
• Preferably with experience handling patient monitoring and life support equipment such as Patient Monitors, Ventilators, Defibrillators, Infusion Pumps, and Anesthesia Machines
• Experience in product management, product specialist, or clinical application roles is an advantage
