JOB QUALIFICATION

  • College graduate of Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration
  • 0-1 year experience in government benefits administration
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, Google Workshop)
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple benefits programs and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve benefits-related issues effectively
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee benefits information with discretion and maintain confidentiality


Responsibilities
  • Assist employees with government benefits-related issues, including claims processing, eligibility questions and coverage concerns
  • Assist in the Benefits Lead in ensuring monitorings are updated and necessary documents are submitted, processed and filed
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding benefits inquiries and concerns
