Demand Planner, Paranaque

Department: Merchandising

The Demand Planner is responsible for supporting accurate demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply coordination to ensure optimal product availability across the business. This role works closely with Merchandising, Sales, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to analyze data, monitor trends, and help balance demand and supply in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

• Prepare and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, promotions, and new product launches
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing overstock and stockouts
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts with business plans
• Support replenishment planning and coordinate with suppliers or purchasing teams as needed
• Analyze forecast accuracy and recommend improvements to demand planning processes
• Maintain and update planning data in Excel and ERP systems
• Assist with international purchasing coordination, documentation, and lead-time tracking when required
• Generate regular reports on demand, inventory performance, and key planning metrics
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the merchandising and planning functions

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• 12 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations (FMCG experience is an advantage)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Knowledge of international purchasing and import processes is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Team-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced FMCG environment
