Description
- Supervise accounting team and ensure accurate daily operations
- Oversee GL, AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare/review financial statements and handle month-end/year-end closing
- Ensure compliance with Bureau of Internal Revenue, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulatory requirements
- Manage tax filings, audits, and coordination with government agencies
- Oversee payroll compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Implement internal controls and provide financial analysis
- Train and mentor accounting staff
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Required
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
- Strong knowledge of PH accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
- With leadership experience, analytical skills, and high attention to detail
