Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end bidding and tendering process (go/no-go,
pre-bid, submission)
Oversee quantity take-offs, BOQ, costing, and unit price analysis
(DUPA)
Manage and coordinate multi-department bid teams
Review and finalize technical, commercial, and eligibility documents
Handle post-bid clarifications and project handover
Qualifications:
Licensed Engineer (preferably Civil)
Registered with PRC
With 8+ years experience in construction, including bidding & costing
Strong background in BOQ, estimates, and tender documentation
Experiencehandling government and/or private projects
Knowledge in PhilGEPS, PCAB, and local compliance requirements is an advantage
Proven leadership and team coordination skills
