Procurement Officer, Paranaque

Key Responsibilities

• With the support of the manager, the procurement officer shall perform;
• As key account person managing the designated clients inquiry and providing solutions
• Understanding and supporting client's requirement, schedule and operation process.
• Overseeing the procurement, import processes and ensure compliance with requirement.
• Managing the local and oversea supplier identification, strong sourcing, negotiation, logistics and final delivery to clients
• Liaisoning with stakeholders such as vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
• Handling documentation, track shipments, maintain accurate records, and address any logistical challenges to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Building sustainable customer relationships
• Additional tasks to be assigned by the manager.

Required Skills

The successful candidate for the Procurement Officer role shall have

• Sales and customer service oriented
• Prior 1 - 3 + years in Sales, sourcing, purchasing, procurement, logistics experience in relevant industry
• Proficient knowledge and experience in procurement, custom, import regulation and processes
• Previous relevant experience in mining, manufacturing, fuelling are advantages but not necessary
• Ability to work independently
