Fashion Designer, Paranaque

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to develop stylish and market-relevant womens clothing. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of trends, fabrics, and garment construction, and can translate concepts into commercially viable designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop seasonal collections for womens apparel
• Create sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings for new designs
• Research fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes
• Select appropriate materials, trims, and embellishments
• Collaborate with pattern makers and production teams to ensure design accuracy
• Oversee sample development and fitting sessions
• Revise designs based on feedback and production requirements
• Ensure all designs align with brand identity and target market
• Prepare detailed tech packs for production

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in womens apparel design
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and commercial designs
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
