Project Manager, Las Pinas

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution (planning, scheduling, monitoring, control)
• Manage budget, cost control, and resource utilization
• Submit timely reports (progress, billing, VO, delays, etc.)
• Coordinate with PMT, subcontractors, client, and stakeholders
• Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are aligned with schedule
• Oversee project from start to turnover and final billing

• Licensed Civil Engineer/Architect with 10+ years experience (fit-out required; Megaworld exp. is a plus)
• Strong leadership in handling teams and subcontractors
• Skilled in MS Project/PERT-CPM, Excel, and reporting
• Experience in contract management (VOs, delays, claims)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to relocate to Iloilo
