Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, merchandising, or sales analytics.\
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, demand trends, and inventory metrics.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (forecasting models, data analysis,reporting)
Experience or exposure to e-commerce demand patterns, promotions, and seasonality is an advantage.
Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

Forecasting: Developing accurate demand forecasts based on historical sales, market trends, and promotional activities.
Inventory Optimization: Managing inventory flow to balance customer service levels against holding costs.
Collaboration: Working with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to reach a consensus on demand plans.
Data Analysis: Using statistical tools and software to analyze data, evaluate KPIs, and monitor forecast errors.
Risk Management: Identifying and managing supply chain risks such as shortages or inventory overflow.
Reporting: Regularly reporting to management on forecast performance and market trends.
