Description

Receives orders via mail, phone or other electronic means from the customers.
Duties include informing customers of receipt, shipment details, planning and handling concerns.
Processing the orders including recordings and documentations.
Communicate with the customers to confirm orders and ensure that customer requests are met accurately and in time for delivery or pick up.
Retrieve the items needed from the inventory, check that they are in good condition, wrap them securely and pack them for shipping.
Packing stock in a neatly organized and secure manner.
Do crating if needed.
Mark stock items with identifying product description or code.
Affix labels to the cargo per product and destination.
Ensure to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workplace.
Ensure to monitor unloading of stocks and check the condition of the products.
Duties include providing bad order report to customer if damage found prior acceptance of cargo.
Ensure to issue a receipt upon receiving of cargo.
Ensure to sort the items based on item description, batch number, expiration date and destination.
Handle and resolve challenging situations while maintaining good quality service to all internal and external customers.
Compiling and inspecting shipping-related documentation.
Creates inbound and outbound reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Assist on warehouse, domestic freight forwarding and administrative related activities.
Assist to monitor inventory of cargo & supplies.
Perform other duties as required.
