Branch Supervisor, Paranaque

• Graduate of Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• With work experience at least two years in a retail store or meatshop
• Proficient in document processing software.
• With strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Willing to be assigned in BF Homes Paraaque
• Must be Honest, Responsible and Trustworthy

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and ensure the branch meets sales goals and customer service standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch team members to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to ensure optimal product availability for customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports to identify trends and implement effective strategies for improvement.
