Chief Mechanic, Las Pinas

Job Description:

• Provide assistance to Senior/ Chief Mechanic in completion of work project
• Repair advanced vehicle/ equipment electrical issues and perform heavy vehicle engine work.
• Diagnose failures of vehichle/equipment, remove and replace part as necessary.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repair or replacement of broken parts.
• Responds to dispatch calls for machine equipment repairs.
• Check all work done and ensure a defect free assembly prior to final inspection.
• Document all work performed and recommended on the job order.
• Read job order, observe and listen to vehicle in operation to determine malfunction and plan work procedures.

Qualification:

• Graduate of Senior/ High School Graduate
• Certificate in Automotive Servicing IV (NC IV)
• 5 to 10 years experience as heavy equipment and vehicle mechanic
• Experience in conducting periodic safety and maintenance inspection to evaluate equipment for replacement and identify wear and damaged.
• Knowledgeable in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Knowledgeable in preparing cost & time estimates for work to be done
• Driver License Code O- light articulated vehicle
• With knowledge and ability in preparing repair assessment and PMS reports
