Waiter, Paranaque

The Dining Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting guests in the dining area, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting overall restaurant operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained
• Clear used dishes and reset tables for the next guests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area at all times
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery
• Assist in restocking supplies such as utensils, condiments, and napkins
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Handle customer concerns or complaints courteously

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• With or without experience in food service (experience is an advantage)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
