Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (EU Shipping & VAT Required | Mandarin a Plus)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to support our global production and distribution operations. This role is integral to ensuring seamless coordination across factories, logistics partners, and international clients while upholding the standards expected of a luxury brand.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in European shipping and VAT compliance, with the ability to manage complex, multi-region logistics with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end coordination of sample and bulk shipments from factories to global destinations
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics in collaboration with 3PL partners and warehouses
• Prepare and review all shipping documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and related paperwork
• Ensure full compliance with VAT regulations and EU import/export requirements
• Track shipment progress and proactively address delays or logistical challenges
• Coordinate landed shipments into the U.S. and Europe
• Support EDI requirements for wholesale and department store partners
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage factory check-ins
• Communicate effectively with international factories, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor production timelines and ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, production coordination, or 3PL operations
• Proven knowledge of VAT and European shipping regulations (required)
• Experience working with international suppliers and China-based factories
• Strong understanding of shipping documentation, inventory management, and global logistics workflows
• Familiarity with 3PL systems; EDI experience is an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Comfortable working across communication platforms (email, WeChat, etc.)
