Sales and Marketing Manager (Events), Paranaque

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1 Organize and manages events place calendar of marketing events.

1.2  Brainstorms and implements event plans and concepts

1.3  Requests quotation and samples from the suppliers

1.4  Responsible for the planning, design, production, promotion, overall co-ordination and profitability of an event

1.5  Handles customers concerns and queries relevant to events management

1.6  Coordinates requirements to Operations team in the setup, facilitation, and completion of events.

1.7  Negotiates sponsorship deals.

1.8  Attends to clients pre-event requirements, inquiries, follow ups among others.

1.9  Conducts ocular with potential clients

1.10 Closes deals and ensure to achieve sales target

1.11 Process payment and security deposits in coordination with Accounting Team.

1.12 Creates and manages organizations customer database.

1.13 Develop effective marketing and sales campaigns.

1.14 Plots social media content calendar for postings.

1.15 Analyze impact of marketing campaign and prepare measurement reports.

1.16       In-charge in doing events administrative requirements and reports.

1.17       Performs satisfactorily all adhoc task assigned by immediate superior excellently
