First Aider, Paranaque

• Certified First Aider (Red Cross or equivalent recognized certification)
• At least 12 years of experience in construction or industrial sites
• Knowledge of handling trauma, falls, electrical injuries, and heat stress
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergencies
• Physically fit and capable of accessing high-rise work areas

Job Description

• Provide immediate first aid treatment to injured or ill personnel on-site
• Assess the severity of injuries and determine if further medical attention is required
• Coordinate with emergency services for serious incidents and arrange transportation if needed
• Maintain and regularly inspect first aid kits, ensuring supplies are complete and up to date
• Keep accurate records of all incidents, treatments, and medical cases
• Assist in conducting risk assessments and hazard identification related to site activities
• Support toolbox meetings and safety briefings, especially on health-related topics
• Monitor workers health conditions, particularly those working at heights
• Ensure compliance with site safety policies and local health regulations
• Participate in emergency drills and rescue operations (e.g., fall from height scenarios)
