Job Title: OTA Admin (Hotel Reservations)

Location: Paraaque City, Philippines

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented OTA Admin to manage hotel bookings, update room availability, and handle online travel platforms such as Booking.com and Agoda. The role ensures accurate listings and smooth guest reservation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor daily hotel bookings (confirm, modify, cancel)
  • Update room rates, availability, and promotions on OTA platforms
  • Respond to guest inquiries via email/chat
  • Coordinate with front desk and hotel operations
  • Handle booking issues, refunds, and adjustments
  • Ensure all listings are accurate and up to date

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience in hotel reservations, OTA admin, or front desk
  • Familiarity with OTA extranets or hotel systems (PMS is a plus)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Willing to work in Paraaque or nearby areas
