Restaurant Manager, Paranaque

Duties and Responsibilities:

KRA 1 RESTAURANT OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

• Reinforce Standard Operating procedures in store at all times to conform to local and international standard requirements.
• Identifies danger zones, diagnose, and provide direction and coaching.
• Conducts follow up on primary and secondary duties of team members and managers.
• Conduct store self-OER to detect and address problems immediately.
• Verifies that food safety daily, weekly, and monthly checklists are completed.
• Audit daily cash funds using monitoring forms for proper account of sales, review CCTV for monitoring workflow, and protect assets.
• Ensure safe handling of product through appropriate training.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is conducted on equipment regularly.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all safety and security standards and report all incident/ accidents within 24 hours.
• Forecast staff and supply requirements based on operations demand.
• Conducts troubleshoot on planned maintenance emergencies.
• Ensures follow up on the proper maintenance of store equipment.
• Implement Customer Care programs for customer retention and customer loyalty.
• Handles and resolves customer complaints with recovery.
• Oversee direct communications with customers Submit required government permits and reports as schedule.

KRA II Sales Achievement and Profitability

• Track and evaluates store performance on sales, inventory, and cost expense to ensure profitability.
• Develop and utilize active local store marketing tools to build and measurably grow sales to a sustainable customer base.
• Assign targets or quotas to team members- EDRs, CSRs, Pizzamakers.
• Develop relationships with local communities and businesses through attending community events, and sponsoring events.

KRA III Self and People Development/Management

• Ensures that everyone in the restaurant adheres to professional image.
• Participate on people-related activities and projects to stimulate growth, self and team development.
• Coach Team members on how to Smart Hustle and make Perfect Pizza/product.
• Empower Team members to discard and remake unacceptable product
• Maintains restaurant staffing levels are appropriate for the restaurants sales and guest count growth.
• Appropriately handle all disciplinary actions in a consistent manner and maintain written documentation of all disciplinary actions.
• Interview and hire store team members using tools provided such as structured interviewing and reference checks, to select best-qualified candidates.
• Ensure team member attendance to appropriate schedule training classes and workshops.
• Execute all existing training systems including regular review and follow-up with team members.
• Attend to employee inquiry and conduct regular performance feedback to improve work/output.
• Communicate and drive career progression to encourage team member retention.
• Approve DTR, changes in work schedule, leave of ASM, SL, and Team members.
• Ensure accuracy of attendance summary of all store staff prior to submission to HCM.
• Attend scheduled company meetings and echo update to team members.
• Set and maintain standards for ethical behavior in a work environment.

KRA IV FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT / REPORTS

• Review and monitor P/L statements to control line items and recommend ways to minimize variances.
• Use standard reports to accurately process orders.
• Ensure proper portioning practices to minimize wastages.
• Oversee accuracy and completion of inventory and store cash fund.
• Ensure adherence to fund guidelines.
