Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely transport goods and materials to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain accurate records of driving hours, deliveries, and fuel consumption in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with dispatchers and clients regarding schedules and any delays.
• Follow all safety procedures during driving, loading, and unloading of cargo.

Qualification:

• Must hold a valid Professional Drivers License with code restrictions 1 & 2

Requirements:

• Gov't IDs: SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN ID
• Birth Certificate
• Diploma/TOR
• Brgy. Clearance & Police Clearance
• NBI Clearance
• Certificate of Employment (COE)
• Brgy. Working Permit
• Health Certificate
• Mayor's Permit
• Vaccine Card
• Complete Medical Certificate which includes the ff. examinations:
• Basic 5: Urinalysis, Fecalysis, X-Ray, CBC, Physical Exam
• HBsAG Screening
• Drug Test
