Sales Manager/ Sales Supervisor, Paranaque

The Sales Supervisor/ Sales Manager shall be responsible for achieving sales target through business development, key account management, and solution-based selling of the company's product and services. The position requires strong technical sales capability, relationship management skills, and strategic market engagement aligned with company objectives.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SALES GROWTH & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

• Identify and secure new clients with target industries
• Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue objectives
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
• Expand market share within assigned territories

2.KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

• Manage and strengthen relationships with major accounts
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Provide timely response to client concerns and service requirements

3.TECHNICAL & CONSULTATIVE SELLING

• Recommend appropriate solutions based on client operational needs
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for implementation
• Support product trials and solution deployment

4.SALES PLANNING & REPORTING

• Prepare forecasts, pipeline reports, and sales analysis
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
• Support management in strategic sales planning

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B or technical sales.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Experience handling key or corporate accounts is preferred
• Experience in food retail industry is an advantage
